A regular journaling practice can help keep your thoughts organized, improve your writing, help relieve stress, give you time to self-reflect, and inspire creativity. Join us for a personal writing workshop, every Wednesday at 10am-11:30am. You will be given a topic and time to journal about said topic. At the end, the group will talk about what they wrote and the discoveries they made while journaling.
